SINGLE “ RADIOACTIVE” ANNOUNCED NEW ALBUM OF KINGS OF LEON

Though they faced scathing reviews from a pack of pigeons in St. Louis in July, most of the rest of the rock world is eagerly awaiting the fifth album from Kings of Leon. The wait is finally coming to an end, as Come Around Sundown is set to drop on October 19, with the first taste — a single called "Radioactive" that saw its video premiere on Kings of Leon's official website on Wednesday, September 8. It will then move to radio on Monday, September 13, and to iTunes the next day.
Come Around Sundown contains 13 tracks, several of which have been road-tested by the band during its summer tour. In keeping with tradition, the new Kings of Leon tunes unveiled on the tour combine bluesy, hard-rocking sensibilities with just the right amount of Americana twang (especially "Mary," which has quickly become a live staple). Meanwhile, the new single "Radioactive" is a fantastically kinetic uptempo rocker that features a giant sing-along chorus.

Bixio beat makes the difference!

This year’s TV ad for the regions largest media, PR and advertising gathering – Weekend Media Festival, features Carlo Savina’s ‘2968’. The song’s upbeat tempo and 1970’s groove work perfectly with the colorful and dynamic visuals of the commercial.

The song is from the 1967 original soundtrack to Josef Zachar’s ‘La scuola delle vergini’. Carlo Savina is well known both as a composer and as a talented musician. Among others, he worked closely with the greats such as C.A. Bixio and Ennio Morricone. Having written over 160 scores, Savina is also responsible for the scores to classics of the Italian cinema ‘Film d'amore e d'anarchia’, ‘Il moralista’ and many others.

JURICA PAÐEN AND AERODROM BIG TRIUMPH IN BELGRADE

Jura Pađen and his group Aerodrom have recently returned from Belgrade full of positive impressions, after their performance for a crowd of 100.000 at the Belgrade Beer Fest - which is traditionally held in mid August. The audience was in ecstasy and all sang along to well known hits ‘Fratello’, ‘Stavi pravu stvar’, ‘24 sata’, ‘Obična ljubavna pjesma’, ‘Otkazani let’ and many others.

After a great show Jura Pađen and Aerodrom were in for another pleasant surprise. Because of large crowds and road blockages after the show, the Serbian police, on their own initiative, offered to our boys to accompany them to the highway entrance saving them hours of nervousness and waiting in line. In addition to the concert, Jura Pađen and Aerodrom mingled, in Jugoton – Croatia Records store in downtown Belgrade, with fans and journalist who have been faithful to them from the beginning of their careers.

After the Belgrade concert, they had another gig in Varaždin on Špancirfest and will soon join forces with several other bands on one of Zagreb's largest concerts ZG ROCK FORCES which will be held a month from now in Dražen Petrović Center.
