Personal Assistant for IDM Music Executive
A major music publishing company with branches in NY, Rome, Begrade, Sarajevo, Ljubljana and Zagreb is looking for an Anglo-Croatian native speaking person to fill the position of PA to one of it's executives located in Zagreb, Croatia.
The duties include assisting with daily personal as well as business tasks, such as attending contract negotiations, traveling, helping with correspondence, running errands, screening incoming calls, checking emails, reviewing documentation, sending mail, doing research, scheduling reservations, booking meetings, preparing budgets and marketing plans, making minute meetings etc.
The job has a wide range of requirements and can often be extremely demanding, as the individual will be expected to be available whenever needed.
No formal training is needed, but candidates must have the following requisites:
- fluent in English and Croatian (written and spoken like a native)
- excellent secretarial skills
- multi tasking abilities
- outstanding social and communication skills
- excellent team player
- ambitious and hard working
- well organized and meticulous
- internet savvy
- Mac and PC skills: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, File Maker Pro, etc.

- Contract: 3 months, 6 months or 1 year, with possibility of long term employment
